Carl Carlin has worked in the Aiken area since 1991 and is also one of the original members of APPA. After 22 years in the United States Army Medical Service, he worked for 2 years at the Aiken Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment before joining APPA. In 1979, he received a Masters Degree in Counseling from Ball State University and is both a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addictions Counselor. Mr. Carlin specializes in the treatment of adolescents, addiction issues, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems.
